By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Online store terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You must not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, pricing error, stock error or unauthorised resale.
2. Product information
We aim to display product descriptions, images, colours, prices and specifications accurately.
Screen settings and photography may cause minor differences in colour or appearance. Product packaging or minor design details may change without notice, provided the product remains materially consistent with its description.
Images must not be relied upon where they depict features that the supplied product does not actually include.
3. Wellness information
The information on our website is provided for general informational and cosmetic-wellness purposes.
Avora EyeRevive™ is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee a particular cosmetic outcome.
Read and follow the instructions supplied with the product. Stop use and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience pain, significant irritation or an unexpected adverse reaction.
Anyone who is pregnant, has an implanted electronic or medical device, has a relevant eye or skin condition, has recently undergone surgery, or is receiving medical treatment should obtain professional advice before use.
4. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- The price or product information contains an obvious error
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
- Delivery to the supplied address is unavailable
Where payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website.
Taxes, shipping charges and other applicable costs will be shown at checkout where possible.
You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information.
6. Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes:
- Must be used within the stated period
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- May not be combined unless stated otherwise
- May be withdrawn where used fraudulently or contrary to the offer terms
9. Intellectual property
The website and its content—including branding, logos, copy, graphics, photographs and layout—belong to Avora Wellness or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

- The submission reflects your genuine experience
- You have the right to share it
- It does not infringe another person’s rights
- It is not unlawful, misleading or abusive
We may moderate or remove submissions that breach these terms.
We will not materially alter the meaning of genuine customer feedback.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will appear on this page with its updated date.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
